At Moon Island, we want you to be fully satisfied with your order. Here are the terms that apply in the event of a return, a withdrawal or a problem with a product.

1. Right of withdrawal: 14 days

In accordance with the French Consumer Code (article L221-18), you have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw, without having to give a reason.

To withdraw, write to us at contact@moon-island.fr stating your order number and your decision to withdraw.

2. Products covered

The right of withdrawal applies to products in their original, sealed and unopened packaging.

In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, it does not apply to:

• food products and essential oils whose seal has been removed after delivery, as they cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene and health protection;
• products made to your specifications or clearly personalised;
• products liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

3. Returning products

You must send the products back to us no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision to withdraw. Return shipping costs are at your expense. After your request, we will email you the return address and instructions for preparing your parcel. Parcels returned without a prior request cannot be processed.

4. Refund

We will refund the full amount paid, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal request. We may defer the refund until we have received the products or until you provide proof that you have shipped them. The refund is made using the same payment method as the one used for the order.

5. Damaged, defective or non-conforming product

Please check your parcel on receipt. If a product is damaged, defective or does not match your order, contact us at contact@moon-island.fr with a photo: we will offer you a replacement or a refund, at no cost to you. The legal guarantee of conformity applies in all cases, including for opened products.
