Black vanilla pods come in two selections, Gourmet and TK, in sizes of 10 or 20 pods. They are used in pastry, chocolate making, infusions and to flavour drinks: split the pod, scrape out the seeds, then infuse everything together.

Vanilla powder (from 25 g to 1 kg) and vanilla caviar, that is the seeds (from 10 g to 250 g), are offered with no added sugar. The vanilla extract with seeds (from 30 ml to 1 L) is made without alcohol, on a vegetable glycerin base.
