Moon Island was born from a family story, between the Comoros and France.

The Comoros are our family's homeland.
This is where every Moon Island product begins: a land, a craft, and the women and men who grow it.
2018
In 2018, after retiring, my father decided to plant vanilla in the Comoros.
A few years later, this crop became the starting point of a larger project: to share the riches of our homeland in a different way.
Passing it on
My grandmother has kept taking part in this story and keeping the production alive locally.
In France
In France, we wanted to go further: to create a house able to share the aromatic richness of the Comoros with the standard of excellence we associate with the great fine-food houses.
Moon Island was born from that desire.
Our vision
Vanilla is our first specialty. We want to gradually develop a selection drawn from the Comorian aromatic and agricultural world: vanillas, spices, oils, gift sets.
Our standards
We want every product to be able to tell its journey: origin, producer, preparation, control.
Our traceability approach is a work in progress. We are rolling it out step by step, and we will only present what we can document.
